Here are some of the services and solutions we offer:

Audit & Clean

As accredited Master Electricians, we have an obligation to report to you any hazards, or possible future hazards with your system.

For example: whilst carrying out an audit, we found wires and connectors fused and melted to the metal framing. These occur under the panels, and are not easily visible to the untrained eye. The system was working fine (for the time being). This is rated as an extremely high fire risk.

Are you willing to risk the safety of your home by allowing a non-accredited, or non-qualified electrician clean your solar system?

Our accredited Master Electrician will do a full check on your system, at the same time he will clean your panels, check cables and tidy these with cable ties, run tests, and check that all the fasteners & connectors are correct, and that the system is to standard. He will then give us his findings and we will email you a report.

After our panels have been cleaned your system can work up to 20% more efficiently by having all the debris and residue removed. This is a worthwhile investment not only for peace of mind, but also for the return in solar input.

Warranty Claims for faulty inverters

If your inverter is faulty, and is less than 5 years old, it will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Call us on 07 5525 2111 and we will contact the inverter manufacturer and follow the warranty process.

Replacing Faulty Inverters (not covered under warranty)

We use Fronius and SMA inverters as they are the leading inverter brands on the market. They are European made and have been around for a very long time. Their after care service is amazing, and the turn-around time to have an inverter repaired is very minimal compared to cheaper brands, this is because the components on these inverters can be replaced on site, rather than having the inverter returned to a repairer, where the turn-around could take several weeks.

We also have an entry level inverter. We have chosen the Zeversolar inverter for customers that are looking for a low-cost alternative, as they have a service agent here in Australia that is equipped to take care of the warranty processes. When we source our products, we make sure that the quality is there, and that there is an after-care service set up to handle any warranty issues that may arise in the future. We have seen many cheaper brand inverter manufacturers disappear. These inverters are run under the umbrella of SMA (one of the best inverter manufacturers – nationally and internationally), which means their service is second to none.

Insurance Reports

If your inverter has been damaged by a storm or your solar system isn’t working as it should, after a storm, call us for an Audit and we will check the system over. If it is deemed to be damaged by this, then we can prepare a report for your insurance company, and if approved they will cover the cost of the Audit, as well as the replacement of your inverter or the replacement of your solar system.
